Not disputing that, what is being discussed is whether MV in PLN's definition is 20KV and as the release and PLN's own documents show that 200KVA to 30,000KVA is classed as MV, then a load exceeding 30,000KVA will have to be changed to an HV supply, which in PLN speak will be greater than 20KV.
