Just the conclusion that from the table 200KVA to 30,000KVA is classed as MV and the contract signed was for 20,000KVA at a voltage of 20KV. By my feeble reckoning then High Voltage (>20KV) kicks in when the load is above 30,000KVA. Ultimately the difference in price between HV and MV customers isn't that great. The pricing mechanism in Indonesia appears to review the cost of coal and local oil quarterly. Not sure if the local fuel is sold at a spot price or as the owner, the Indonesian govt sells it for whatever they like, as long as they cover costs. If you have a nationally owned fuel company, and in country supplies then the global price of crude can be irrelevant if you want to attract power hungry industries.
