I spent over 7 years working in Indonesia and I know one thing: without local co-ownership the forign invetsment in mining will not survive. The best example is an old Freeport mining investment in West Papua. This giant Freeport and RIO had to give in to Indonesian goverment. GMC is doing well and even if there is a drop in SP today, in a few months it will be double
