They would have entered into an agreement, that would be at a wholesale distribution level, not some average punters household rate.

I think you understand and have a better outlook on global electricity prices, however, until such time that this figure is disclosed, there isn't a reason to keep harping on about it. We get that you think that the price will be somewhat higher (it is a 3rd world country after all) however i'm personally interested to see the agreed rate and the strategy to keep the price as low as possible and supply levels high.
