They've done quite a bit since x-mas, so many things going on, permits, furnaces coming, transformers coming, nice slab poured.
Once the furnaces arrive they'll be plopped straight on and it'll start to look like a refinery pretty quick.
If I had more money i'd buy up again as once some solid announcements come through we'll be back to 4c quite easily, 10c is no problem once it's running
