Well they will be a central manganese smelther/refiner in a manganese producing region on the door step to asia. They will presumably charge a smelting fee which is stapled to the price of ore as a % ( i believe this to be industry standard). Alternatively, as i believe they outlined they'll purchase raw materials and sell the Ferromanganese. As long as the world requires manganese (which they do...), the price of minerals continues to rise off the bottoms of recent years (they are....) and consumption of steel and alloys continues (it will...)then it should be a sound practice.
I grant you that there are many macro risks to consider and having been a long time watcher and only jumping on today that i'm not entirely across management's background. plus the usual penny stock volatility. However, they have a plan and an indicative schedule.... which is a waaaaay better bet then some of the dog explorers i have owned previously. I don't think this is a pump and dump, if it is.. its been done very badly and I think the current market cap of alot of these style companies (soon to be revenue generating style) is blinding investors to the opportunities. Not to mention the sector is completely unloved at the moment.
This will be a very interesting growth story... which is why i am here... i don't play pips.
