One of the most intriguing things about this report is that they still have a milestone to commence DSO sales "during construction phase". ( Start early-mid July over 10 weeks)

I think as a few people including myself have reported in the past they expected to get the approval once the smelters are on site. As stated in current Indonesian mining laws - must show significant progress with the building of a smelting hub. (Not the exact wording but have it in a previous post).
Possibly get this approval July/August. They seem to be very sure of receiving the approval.

I wasn't sure if they would proceed with this after 15m funding but great news that they are still going down the route to receiving revenue through DSO sales.
