gowin, DSO .......... you have to be joking. You've been sprouting the same garbage for 12 months and not a single tonne of Mn ore has been mined or exported by GMC. In fact GMC would be plain dumb to export its available Mn ore to other alloy manufacturers. If DSO Mn ore was shipped to either China or Sarawak then this would  make GMC uncompetitive as the power costs in China is US$0.06 to US$0.07c/KWh and Sarawak ie Permata and Sakura plus OM Sarawak have power costs of US$0.03c/KWh. GMC powers costs might be US$0.11c/KWh but in 2020 they will be closer to US$0.20c/Kwh.
It would be most foolish to give up the high grade Mn ore edge for a couple of bucks made from DSO.
