Yep, and the wording suggests the funds will be sufficient to progress the smelters. Devil will be in the dilution but to be honest if the project progresses as predicted other than some short term pain (if you sell) I can't see any downside.
Still would have liked to have had access to my money, there were plenty of opportunities to have lost it all over the last few months.
