I am assuming that the 6th is the date that the shipment arrives as I think the bill of lading is something that travels with it but I may be wrong.
Irrespective, the investors have more than shown their keenness to be a part of this and no doubt will accept any delays and amend dates as necessary.
This project is now significantly de risked in my opinion.
Due for a rerate as people work it out.
