I completely and of course respectfully disagree with this especially if the suspension gets lifted after an ANN of reciept of the first lot of funds.

Potentially open and progress upwards in the 6c-8c mark over first 3 days after the ANN.

It seems that with the bullish trend in maganese prices this is on an uphill ride.
Also indicators show that this trend will continue through the year.
