I don't think that Ozbargain account is linked with him.
It would be quite extraordinary for someone to claim to be Kevin, it would make sense to say you're a current GMC board member. The guy has been on HC since 2009 and posts infrequently suggesting it would match someone who is past the troll ages.
Worth noting he is based in Indonesia, which would explain him waiting Indonesian legal advice as his time there could turn into a nightmare.
It won't hurt to read what he says, if he does return.
