I agree with you 100%.

I'm almost certain that any deal with Pak would be better than being diluted into oblivion by the SI.

Hence, GMC should be required to disclose the terms of the counter offer asap.

Also under a Pak buyout, the future of management's role would be uncertain as Pak could have wanted to appoint his own team. We can only hope that this never played on their mind during the negotiations.
