If that is the case it shows again how ridiculous management is to allow for this time period to pass. Surely 60 days post suspension, management would of said we need to get rid of Pak and resolve within the month.
But reality is they probably don't understand the listing rules.
@ChinaDragon perhaps if they spent less time infiltrating this thread trying to appease shareholders, and did there job they would know. Half the posts in the early days of suspension were from accounts with posting on no other stocks..

Management are probably playing golf on the company dime and booking it out as Investor relations..
