I won't be sending a voucher. I reckon I need a voucher sent to me for a day spa to de-stress myself. That said, if Hamish pulls this all together..... then hats off to the guy and I will not doubt his capability again.
I have to say I am incredibly impressed that he phoned me back so quickly and setting everything aside, he is an incredibly nice guy to speak to on the phone. I felt very reassured coming off that phone call. My stress levels have dropped considerably.
