Yepp if there is another delay from the SI, I think we have to start questioning just how interested this SI is.
With GMC (and other instances), delays are generally a pre-cursor to an adverse event (such as no transaction).
With such a low cash balance, and the recent appointments, can't be long now till we hear the fat lady sing.
That said, there is still hope today...
