The announcement was simply that there has been another delay.

Why was this not released first thing in the morning? Its not like that wouldn't have been known the day before. By Thursday last week they would have known if there was any chance of having funding secured by Friday or not.

And why do they keep persisting with such unrealistic timeframes. If these timeframes are intended to put pressure on the other party, its time to take not that this tactic is clearly not working. The other party doesn't care whether shareholders are getting frustrated. If anything, this puts additional pressure on GMC and puts the other party in a better position...
