There was talk in the CPR (Jan 8 2018) of doing some work on the tailings.
Depending on the nature of the original extraction and nature of the the mineralisation there might
be some decent (maybe even high) grades in there.
Sometimes a crap process can leave large physical grains or fine grained/bound gold in the tailings.
OGX is a good example of getting the initial processing right for the physical aspects of the mineralisation.
Also Galena and Sphalerite have some value in themselves. Even 2% would be about 1g/t gold eqiv
