Apologies to all, I read the announcement too quickly. It says a Feasibility Study report is expected in July and that the JV does not actuall commence until then.
BMV's announcement reads a bit more clearly and says "the final requirement for the commencement of the Joint Venture is the completion of a report on feasibility to reopen the mine. The report is expected to be finalized in July 2018. "
