The Notice of AGM will be out either tomorrow or Monday, and it will be interesting to see the level of angst amongst shareholders when voting on resolutions takes place. And it mostly will have to do with this property development move which is also being played out at the moment with the share price which is fundamentally under-priced by at least 15% to 20% minimum but some shareholders have had enough.
Meanwhile RGL Holdings continues to sell its position and they are associated with Shagang.
