What does everyone else think? I don't think Grange management or their property development partner have a clue in what they're doing. Paying $3.2 million for a 642 sqm block where the building needs to be demolished is excessive and foolish. Unless you are the building company doing the construction then its stacking up for a loss situation. Frankly they paid 50% too much.
These new apartments MARQUE in 202/105 High Street Prahran cost $778,000 thats more than these idiots paid for a 80 year old dump.
