Sounds like GRR need someone like you to audit these projects.
Given the scale of investment needed for Southdown it's kind of funny to be talking about these projects side by side. The whole development cost of this property project wouldn't put a tiny dent in the surface of the development costs at Southdown. I'd say the fact they have time to be farting around with this is indicative of the fact that Southdown won't be getting developed any time soon.
Does Australia still have that law that restricts Chinese investors to buying off the plan? In this case they might have buyers lined up. There is probably still a lot of hot money in China looking for homes in places where it can't be touched. Esh
