I have voted against all three of the resolutions.
I believe there is strong justification for voting against the re-election of the two Directors as it is the BOD that have approved this move into property development and by voting against the two Directors standing for re-election it should send the right message. I realise there is no chance of us defeating these two resolutions as you would need 50%+ and as Shagang has 45%+ makes it all but impossible.
But minority shareholders controlling only 25% of the shares and voting against the Remuneration Report will cause a first strike that will ensure Directors correct what is causing angst amongst minority shareholders as a second strike next year has severe consequences for Directors. This is no more than a protest vote as remuneration paid to Management and Directors is actually reasonable IMO.
