Yes, the units are 3 story. The block of land is 642 sqm, the max site coverage in this area is 60% but the application is for 63% site coverage. I have seen the application. Whilst the design is nice, its very run of the mill by todays standards and  Inglis architects aren't exactly top  notch architects either. Apartments 2 and 4 are miserable definitely not worth $1 million, apartment 5 occupying the whole top floor is nice. However, I doubt whether this is a viable project.
