Current Pellet Prices 134 AUD FOB. C1 costs below 80 AUD per ton.
At 2.5 million annual pellet sales volume this is a gross profit of 135 million AUD. There is a 15 million Royalty & Depreciation costs plus 4 million in overheads.
Pre-tax income pf 112 million AUD or 80 million after - tax.
What is a company with 50 year mine line generating 80 million AUD after tax , 150 million in the bank and all capex completed is worth?
Well in my mind 1 billion AUD or 0.80 AUD per share.
