BHP and Vale were the largest producers of pellets at Samarco around 30 mil tonnes per year. When Samarco returns to production they aiming for 16 mil.
I dont think these plants are easy to set up and they are expensive.
Look at 2 concentrate producers (magnetite) NFE and GBG.
NFE have closed down.
GBG are 1.7 billion in debt
