Spot on... I think it's filling the gap and then will appreciate further. Management needs to show they can deliver continuously... in the past it was a hit and miss affair. Saying that they still should easily be a 40-60c stock.
Dividends would be nice. At this moment CAP is covered by cash on hand, production and other assets are nearly zero value. Something has to give.
