I read that the average cost to obtain a sub is around $40
Value the 125,000 paying customers $5,000,000
Platform and business $2 mil. (you have to pay something)
estimated value QFX $7,000,000
If consolidated losses can be brought forward to new partners/owners $18 mil.
Total value with losses brought forward $25,000,000 = 1.25c
You would expect the new owner/partner would absorb QFX's $20,000,000 in revenue and turn the quarterly losses into profit via their own size and scale of business. Add another $20,000,000, (just give them 1 year cash value with no future earnings because they are tight and QFX are lame.
Total value with revenue $44,000,000 = 2.2c per share
Market getting excited every time something/nothing is alleged about qfx add 40%
Something actually happening that is material to QFX, add 40% to 200% (see previous share price runs on fluff and air) and check how many readers per thread on QFX HC. People get excited about this stock and run it past sensible valuations.
Possible share price on actual positive material news 5c plus
Its a spec stock, they do strange things when the market gets excited and don't care about negative down rampers who waste their time on stock forums for years banging on about dome and gloom. ie if you down ramped and hated on 30 spec stocks you would most likely be proven right 29 times over the course of a couple of years.
