But the news has to perhaps "sink in" first in some persons' minds before they act and buy. Does not apply to the longterm holders of ITC (quite a few on this board) that have already purchased their fair share but rather to people watching this stock. Should become really obvious now that ITC's sp is undervalued. All JIMHO, of course.
