Growler - pressure recharge of a reservoir suggests a strong water drive and as mentioned in the press release could lead to more reserves being produced.

Weather - If you look at any of the weather/flood sites around, you will quickly see the current flood is a normal periodic cycle and something people just live with. Hopefully VPE/ITC will prove up enough oil soon to justify a pipeline and events like this will not be so disruptive.
