" Whilst the above news regarding further deferral of production is disappointing it has been very encouraging to see strong recoveries in well head pressures at the shut-in wells in the Growler Field. This pressure build-up in all wells indicates that minimal pressure depletion has occurred from existing production of almost 500,000 barrels of oil to date. A strong aquifer drive for the reservoir at Growler is active and this means that oil recovery volumes from the Field will be greater than originally envisaged due to better sweep of the reservoir."
This is good news, is is not? We may see an upgrade once things start flowing again.
If current weather patterns continue, then delays in inland Australia are going to become an annual event. We had better get used to it and factor this in to our business models.
