    a strategic investor throwin in 5mil and escrowing so they cant even sell the shares if they wanted to

    they also bought 10% over market price [ at 1.1 instead of 1.0 ]

    this is huge

    fully funded to "reserves of theta hill" not resources - but reserves [ measured and indicated ]- with that done they will be able to get finance for sure - assuming the grades and amounts are decent enough
