You've just answered your own question on your previous post Von. This 'insider' sold because he wanted to crystalize the 135% profit on offer to exercise the unlisted options well before the expiry date or simply free carried as you mentioned. There's still well over 35 million unlisted options shares exercisable @20c and this 'insider' probably has a few more attached to his name so why not make easy money now before drilling begins on eastern mafic.
Its money for jam and I'd probably do the same if I have a few million unlisted options shares and the spare cash.
