There seems to be 2 sets of rules....The ASX will issue a price...

There seems to be 2 sets of rules....The ASX will issue a price query to a stock that is going up to stop momentum and issue a 'Please Explain', and sometimes if a stock is going down they may do the same....But when people are dribbling in a share here or there on the Bid or Offer....No-one there cares....Why not Inquire about this?Shares going Up or Down are Not the Only Odd behaviours on the ASX ,and do not benefit the vast majority of 'Everyday' Holders....shouldn't be allowed,the rest of us have to 'Get in'or 'Get Out'....They should have to do the same....How Naive of Me
