yes that's very important point. They only said "we received it in May".
End of May is a different era (post EGM) and,
Beginning of May until 22nd is a different era (Pre EGM).

It would make big difference if they would have announced it before EGM.

Saying this is ridiculous "it would be inappropriate for the Company to always advise the market of each specific initiative and step undertaken, however the company is acutely aware of its ASX obligations and will continue to update the market as appropriate."

I really feel bad. I have started to believe the management of GPP thinks that shareholders are not smart enough to understand these things or they think that the shareholders can't come together and do the right thing; remove them from the board.

Yes the shareholders have power to remove the board and replace them with people who have capabilities. The shareholders have the right to use their votes, and they will definitely use their power one day.
