Shareholders haven't had any value through any projects for over 10 years.
All projects in the past have failed.
IMO
Without any significant results with value,
this stock is going to stay at 0.004 or lower.
Investor won't take a punt here knowing and researching the past.
Nothing has changed, except for the addition of 4 extra guys.
