I know your position and from my experience you have a valid view. However, I once had some shares issued in a small exploration company, that was spun off from another to divest itself of some nickel tenements that were not their focus, that actually had some chance of success, just like us here.
For a number of years they did nothing, a few cr's, dilution etc., and I eventually cleaned house and swept them out.
Does the name Sirius ring any bells...?
How about Nova?
