More likely Red Metal has no interest in committing part or all of Maronan for the price being offered, by OXL or anyone else. A transaction requires a willing buyer and a willing seller, it's not a one sided thing decided by the party who awe inspires you. I would draw the conclusion that we have tough negotiators managing this company.
