After the amount of work TPG has put into this...they are not going to give up without a serious fight. Once the dividend thing gets worked out, the fact that some fundies will be able to get free 'tax rebate' through the dividend will mean that this is a higher value at $5.64 to them. Agree that this will be in the $5.40-$5.50 range for a while..
