If anyone is looking for conspiracy theories, consider the current issue with the Entitlement and Acceptance Form. Its now Thursday (offer closes Monday) and the BPAY code (232744) on the form is still not active to make payment. That means you can either send a cheque (who owns a cheque book these days) or get a money order (even more outdated). I have contacted the company and the response was that it is out of their control - has to be sorted out with Market Link Services.

For the benefit of anyone else experiencing this problem (and I was told many people are ringing both the company and Market Link) if you can get the right person from Market Link, they will provide an alternate BPAY code (242354) - but not very comforting paying large sums of money to a different account based on the assurances of a call center operator (so don't use this number on my advice!!!!).

Finally - my conspiracy theory is that Triple C aren't too concerned if the participation is low, they will get hold of a big stake of MED.
