The CHEOPS project is to bring PSC 'closer to the market'. Seems that in EU the stability issues and loss of performance with scale-up are still the main concern, and it is in EU where GSL is basing its scale up and performance enhancement work? Maybe I'd change sentiment if there was any chance of trading.
