It might be worth noting that 50,000 ounces of Gold,at todays price is worth 87.7 mill.Throw in the battery sands from the old mine and you have a contained value of 91.5 mill.Less extraction costs of say 1,000 an ounce,[it would probably be less than that],and you are left with a pretty decent margin.Further upside from extensional drilling and Gold price appreciation.With regard to the Gold price,I don't see it heading south anytime soon.I cannot see the US raising interest rates anytime soon;the Green Europeans for their part have sought to extend the concept of the Welfare State to include whole countries.The combination of factors should see the Gold price in AUD terms at record levels within the month.Let's get the final round of drilling done,the approvals through and start moving some dirt.
