Golf -- good question and nice to see you are still around, - I remember you saying that you and Justin speak a bit on the phone why don't you call him and ask?
But lets me think out loud and state the obvious on how it most likely works - you get approval then you appoint a drilling company and then they fit you in to do the job. As it has rained a bit in the gold fields you might assume current jobs the drillers are doing have been delayed or the are busy with other booked work or something else?
