If you want to find out what is happening every S/H should ring in. Using HC to voice your grumbles wont get an answer from them. Apathy in S/h is what keeps directors bludging on the job and staying on the board.
Attending meetings and voicing your dissatisfaction will irritate them and can improve relations.
If you see me in action you will get up and move somewhere else as often happens. I insist on an answer on record and not get conned by the offer of a private chat. If you ever want me to attend on your behalf in Sydney I am happy to attend. just need it in writing.
The SP is pretty lousy but will remain so until they prove they are going to start drilling or fast track what they have. As pointed out there is a few million $$$$$$$$$$$ in the ground if they want to Toll treat it.

IMO they have to bight the bullet.
