TMX decides the floor price. This is a good deal. Only retailers who don't understand this will panic and sell.
Yeah right. If TMX needs money they need money at whatever the share price is at the time. 2 weeks ago that could have been at .9c (10% discount), now it would need to be at .5/.55c. That's my point, The floor price is decided by the manipulators, not the company.
