Ah yes forgot about this. But is it not in effect a placement? They are going to have to tap into the capital raising market. I'm not a huge fan of these arrangements. Opens the share price to manipulation. You have to ask yourself, getting closer to fund requirement, whether it is a coincidence that just this month the share price has dropped from 1c to what looks like soon being .6c.
