Agreed. Im in Preston (Northside). Would be a great fit for the area. I couldnt imagine 2 brewpubs being developed at the same time.
Interesting to see that the brewpub will be home to a distinct brand - which I believe will be Atomic, probably aiming at the "craftier" market. More IPAs, sours, NEIPA etc.
