Wow, I had mistakenly assumed this final piece of the access puzzle was tied up with the current NT issue and decision that we are all waiting for - very pleased to see this nailed down.
Does anyone believe there may be a connection still, or that this announcement may somehow be the precursor for the final judgement?
Also, aren't we supposed to hear the decision by the end of this month - ie. by Friday?
I thought, (perhaps also mistakenly) that the court was to announce the decision in June.
Anyway, the wait should be over soon, and hopefully with a positive outcome for all parties concerned.
