Too coincidental Towie. Inexplicable delayed of TH, issue of shares at huge discount to the going market rate, date of issue, just "looks" very suss. They've had since 1 Feb to do so, but,that would have looked even worse coming just days before the TH, but, at least there wasn't anything suss about that as the ML wasn't granted until 8 Feb. By issuing those shares AFTER they knew of the ML at a huge discount just spits in the faces of so many long standing and very patient shareholders, most of whom have lost nearly every cent that they invested in the company. Grossly insensitive at best for mine. I'm just glad that I posted immediately that I found out about the ML!! Maybe, just management "clumsiness" which has become far too regular for mine. We'll probably never know who received those shares and CNs today and what has happened to them since, that and their history is enough for me to have second thoughts about management, not its (OUR) assets. Maybe S B was just lucky with Arrow?
