Listing rule 10.1 prevents a company from selling more than 5% of the company to mates of the board without shareholder approval. With this waiver they can sell however much they like to Lundin and Sprott, under the shroud of Blackrock, without having to make any disclosures.......Allows for an effective change of control without a shareholder vote........Good move if you are on the inside.......Not so good if you are a shareholder.
